Johnny Ripp's Collection
Welcome to Johnny Ripp's Railroad Picture Archives!

Front Page Pic Welcome to the RRPictureArchives.NET contributor site of Johnny Ripp.

My name is Johnny Ripp and I am, among other things, a retired locomotive engineer, having worked for the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad and the Wisconsin Central. I live in my hometown of Madison Wisconsin.

I enjoy photographing the prototype as well as models.

Although I am an avid CNW fan, my modeling interests cover a broad range. I  model Circus Trains, Carnival Trains, and railroading in general.  I have built 2 complete 25 car American Freedom Train models in HO scale, one of which was featured on the cover of the April 2010 Railroad Model Craftsman magazine. I run a small business called RippTrak Models that specializes in custom painting, building and displaying models of all scales. If you need to contact me you may do so at ripptrakmodels@yahoo.com Thank you for taking the time to view my work.
